Grievance

Stakeholders are constructive partners in monitoring and improving the implementation of our sustainability commitments. To support this, APP has developed a Grievance Policy, to address any concerns raised in connection with our commitments, including the Sustainability Roadmap and the Forest Positive Policy, and their implementation. 

Any stakeholder—whether individuals, governments, or non-governmental organizations—may submit a grievance related to the implementation of APP’s sustainability commitments through this procedure. 

Details on how we process, investigate, and verify grievances on sustainability issues can be found in the Grievance Flow document. 

Grievances specifically related to land disputes are addressed separately under APP’s Land Dispute Resolution Process

A summary of all sustainability-related grievances received and addressed to date, along with their corresponding verification reports, is available in the Grievance List.
